Terms of exchange and return:

Refund method:
1. The return or exchange request is processed within (10) days once the platform receives the return request and after all the conditions for return or exchange are met.
2. The amount will be refunded to the original payment account according to the beneficiary’s choice.
3. The process of returning funds via credit cards takes up to 21 business days, depending on the beneficiary’s bank.
4. Delivery fees are not refundable unless the product is defective or not the product that was ordered.
General Provisions :
1. The platform may accept, not accept, or cancel the order in some cases, for example if the product that the beneficiary wishes to purchase is not available, or if the product is priced incorrectly, or if the order turns out to be fraudulent.
2. The platform will not be responsible for delays in cases of seasons or sales due to the platform being exposed to pressure in orders that may lead to delays in the specified dates.
