How to use:
Step 1: Prep eyelids by applying Shadow Insurance using the doe-foot applicator. Blend using a clean fingertip.
Step 2: Define the crease of the eye with a matte shade starting from the outer corner of the eye. Apply a layer to intensify the color.
Step 3: Apply your chosen eyeshadow to the eyelid. Apply shimmer shadows using clean fingertips to intensify the shine.
